Interview with Team Leader Biljana Jurča

When did you start working for Zeus Prima?

I started working as an agent on the company’s main project back in June 2020.

What has your experience been so far? (team, atmosphere, how do you feel in your workspace…)

I love working at Todos/Zeus, the colleagues are great; I feel understood and appreciated. The bosses and supervisors always take good care of us, they motivate us and guide us in the right direction. Likewise, aside from our work obligations, there is always some time left for socializing, chit-chat and joking around.

Tell us about your promotion.

I received a call from Larisa and Ostoja and they offered me the opportunity to take over the leadership of the team for a new project. They told me that they were satisfied with my work as an agent on the company’s main project up to that point and that they could see me in this position. I was very excited to receive this opportunity since I always try to devote as much effort as possible to making the work easier for all agents. I strive to ensure that all agents are satisfied with their work as they are given maximum support on my part.

Tell us something about the communication between all stakeholders.

The communication between everyone involved on the projects goes smoothly. As team leaders, we are always available for our employees’ concerns and we try to find a solution quickly and easily to mutual satisfaction. We communicate through different channels so that everyone can get in touch with us through the preferred one and no time is wasted in solving any problems.

How is the sense of belonging created when working remotely?

The sense of belonging couldn’t be better since all members of the team are always willing to lend their ears to anyone. There has never been a time where I felt like I was left on my own; I can always turn to someone within the team. In modern times there are a lot of communication tools, so work in a home office doesn’t have to leave you with a feeling of isolation. You can always make a virtual call and have a personal chat. Of course, it’s not the same as everyone working in the same space, but we make the best of it.

Is there anything else that you want to share?

I appreciate that the board of directors is always there for us, that they ask for our opinion and always keep us up to date about the further development of the company. This only confirms the feeling of belonging even more. I would be happy to be a part of the company for a very long time. If possible, until my retirement.
